Not sure if this would gain any traction, but as the title. A few years ago I was diagnosed with an incurable cancer very young.

OP I also have an incurable cancer (bowel cancer that has spread) & I just want to say you are giving me hope! I am two & a half years on from diagnosis & I find it really hard to come to terms with my diagnosis although everyone praises me for being positive (they don’t see me in my darkest moments). I just hope to keep stable for as long as possible & for new treatments to give us a greater chance of survival. I’m sorry you are going through this too. I know you mentioned meditation, does anything else help you?

No questions… Just sending love. My dad died of mesothelioma, after asbestos exposure 40 years earlier. You do sound really calm and whilst heartbreaking, it’s amazing you’ve found some peace in amongst everything else. Wishing you all the very best op.
