I'm a Transport Manager for a large retailer- AMA!

What do you transport?

(DH is in warehousing/logistics).

We do general Merchandise usually but do some food if needed!

Which is your favourite type of monkey? You can include baboons and gibbons in your answer, but not of course lemurs.

How big an area do you deal with. And has brexit changed things??

I'm not named on the Operators Licence but I'm a TM CPC holder, so could step in if needed. Majority of our management are TM CPC holders paid for by the business.

Across the UK, majority of our operations are based in the Midlands but we do have depots all over the UK. I'm based in the Midlands.

Threads are my greatest skill 😂 Brexit has affected us but we'd put plans in place before and I think we're doing okay, we now rely more on our own employees instead of agency which in my book is great.

Is it a male dominated environment? How is it as a woman to work in the environment? (I know I've assumed your female)

How much has the cost of fuel affected you? And how did you cope with the fuel shortages/blockades?
