How’s the EMDR going?
I found it life changing.

QuicklyNowThen · 25/11/2021 20:00

It's tough and 12 sessions in without any obvious results but I'm hopeful

What are your triggers, if any, and do you have a coping mechanism for them?

Finfintytint · 25/11/2021 20:03

I had around ten sessions.

Sound of ambulances,
Load bangs or loud shouting
Certain smells

Coping mechanisms are trying to distract myself with something else I avoid certain places too but this is not advised.
