Could this be a Covid sign?
The tip of my tongue feels numb!
Can still taste food.

It can be a sign of a stroke or mini-stroke. I would call and talk to 111. Hopefully it isn’t anything like that but no harm in checking.

It could be a COVID sign. My husband had this with COVID. I would try and get a test.
