How long have you been qualified?
Is it difficult to achieve that level?

LivingMyBestLifeNOT · 19/11/2020 22:31

Hi. I have been qualified 22 years! I mainly worked as a nanny then had my children and started up as a childminder and then had a baby and was back at work after 4 weeks, took 5 weeks off in total. A job then came up at the local preschool and I have been there ever since...

Hello there. What support is needed?

Atalune · 21/11/2020 08:42

I see a fair few early 20s girls who fell into as it’s an easy vocational pathway. And they just don’t care of have the disposition.

I think it should be much better paid and qualified as it is a crucial role for our society. But it’s not valued.
