Hi! My partners nan has brought him
Some work trousers for his new job but without being rude, look more suited to his grandad then my partner 🙈 we want to exchange them for something more suitable but don’t want to ask her for the receipt and offend her, is that possible? Does it say on the system it’s been paid for? Thanks!

Don’t know - maybe just say you need the receipt to change the size..?

Have they still got the tags on? If yes, they will take them back, but without the receipt to say what was paid for them they'll only be able to give you a gift card for the most recent price in the system. So if she paid £40 and they were later reduced to £15 you'd get £15.

Yeah I might have to do that, she lives literally the other side of our city though where as we are only 10 mins from M&S
