Im pretty sure I have a fear of deep water, even thinking about it is giving me palputations!

I do understand what you mean. The thought of what could be under the water.
What bodies of water scares you most. Rivers, Lakes, seas oceans,
swi mming pools.
or is it more a fear of drowning that you have.
