I was admitted to a adult ipcu at 17 before being sent to Northampton to a medium secure unit I’m in Scotland

Were you given treatment for the trauma (CSA and your parents) you'd experienced prior to the hospitals? Or was it the symptoms you were displaying that were treated?

You've said AMA, but it feels wrong to ask questions that are very intrusive and may be very upsetting, especially when you sound like you're in such a good place now!

Yeah 3 full years as a inpatient!! I met a woman who’s been there for 6 years. I actually find talking about it helpful in a sense tbh. Yeah I was given some help by CAMHS before but it was very little and I stopped going going to my appointments and stopped my medication. I was put on anti depressants at 13 and anti psychotics at 16.
