AIBU to start a thread where retail workers can vent?
- DO NOT see me standing by the till and start unpacking your basket on the till next to me. You can see me standing here! I'm not moving your shit to scan!
- When you place your basket on the counter, make sure you pull the handle towards you so it doesn't drop onto my hand.
- For the love of God, have a fucking wash and wear some sort of deodorant. How can you not smell yourself?
- Waving your newspaper at me won't make me automatically drop the crate of booze and run to you. I have to put it down carefully and out of the way so people don't trip over it.
- If you want to buy age restricted items, carry ID. Telling me you're 28, or that you've been served before or that you have a photo of your passport will not help your cause.
