Advice needed

Hi guys. Baby seems so uncomfortable been told it's colic but I'm not sure. She cries most of the day and has the odd scream. She never brings milk back up. Any info on cmpa or reflux ?

My daughter in law has a 2 1/2 year old boy and she is expecting her second in May. For the last few weeks her son has appeared to have given up his afternoon nap. He shouts and screams from his cot, throws his cuddlies out, takes his sleeping bag off and his nappy off with the expected consequences. If he doesn’t sleep he is impossible to handle during the afternoon. Grumpy, crying, yawning, etc. She has tried creating a calm and quiet atmosphere before nap time, to no avail. If she lays down with him he jumps everywhere. Even if he’s had a disturbed night he won’t sleep in the afternoon. Even a busy morning activity won’t make a difference to him sleeping in the afternoon. My daughter in law is completely exhausted and at her wits end. Some welcome advice please!
