Remove marker strokes on school jumper

You guys have any idea to remove the black markers stain on school red jumper? I was able to clear of the light ones but the deeper one isn't going off. I tried the astonish stain remover but wasn't working. Any other product will help? Please help me!!! I cant deal with this.

I know you asked ages ago, but just incase anyone else comes along with the same query:
Hairspray removes ink. Try spraying it on the stain until the ink loosens, and then rinsing with warm water before putting in the machine

I've never found anything that works after it's been washed but DR Beckmann Ink remover works well prior to washing it.
