I am Karen a mother of three with a husband at sea⚓. I have created the Merchant Navy Wags Scotland group on facebook⚓.
This group is open to those who have a loved one working at Sea in the Merchant Navy. A support network, a friendly group where woman can come together and share their experiences, vent, gain comfort from those going through it too and make friends.
We aim to host 2 types of monthly support groups in Scotland.
1- Play dates for mummies with children -an opportunity for children to make friends in a similar lifestyle.
2- Once a month catch ups events coffee/ lunch / dinner etc (for the adults only).
