Non molestation order

I was wondering if I could get some advice . My ex husband broke his non molestation order was arrested and is due in court for being abusive to me after being told not to contact me what’s so ever .
I just wondered what would likely be the outcome ?
He has had a previous non molestation order and a history of being abusive to me mentally and physically .
Any advice ?
I simply can’t carry on like this it’s been ongoing on and off for 10 years
