I have been blogging for five months now and get regular views on my blog.

@rome I wouldn't feel comfortable promoting things I wouldnt use personally. (make up, cleaning products etc)

I would be happy to review books about the subject but, I would be very honest in my opinion. I also likely wouldnt take any money as my blog is to share an understanding and I am not really interested in profiting.

@Ialmost I would speak to a therapist. My mental health is in the same area as yours but, I am not able to keep a job down at the moment. I started seeing a private therapist using my PIP 9 months ago. The best thing I have ever did.

The only one I could think of is that content has to be written on a regular basis. I typical write a post twice a week on a Wednesday and a Sunday.

I am sure there will be more negatives eventually.

How many views do you get on your blog and do you promote the blog? How do you think people find it? I have just started a blog myself.

At the moment I get about 10 views a day, I have been lazy about promoting it to be honest. I promote it on twitter, tumblr and Facebook. I have also joined a few blogger type groups on Facebook. Not many comments though.

Have NHS mental health services helped you at all?

Sadly no. I tried for 13 long miserable years in the mental health system always feeling like I was a number. Ignored when I asked for help and misdiagnosed for 11 of those years.

The final straw was when I found out the 18 months of treatment I was promised was only in reality 12 weeks. When I bought up 12 weeks would only scratch the surface, I was told that I would have to queue up again. That was the point I started look for a private therapist.

I struck gold with the first one I found.
