Day of the Dead has been really popular in the last couple of years and with the film Coco will probably be just as popular. Plus contact lenses and horrific prosthetic wounds are really big right now.

Have had many weird and wonderful requests but most recently at 9 in the morning asked if we had any silicone nipple covers, that made me chuckle.

bellabutterfly2016 you definitely need a theme, my heart sinks when someone comes in without a theme, it's really difficult if people don't have any idea what they want to go as.
A popular one is a letter, do say if you are a Marjorie, come dressed as the letter M, lots of scope for origibality!

rosiesyellowdress I wish! We don't get that many school dress ups as it's difficult to compete on price with supermarkets and Amazon. We do get the odd last minute panic mum/dad though!

rainbow trees we bought the existing stock from a business that was closing down but had our own premises, so started a new business. The internet is definitely killing off bricks and mortar fancy dress shops, since we've opened most of the fancy dress shops within a 50 mile radius have shut down, which is sad. We have diversified into other party stuff which I think helps.

I was tempted to buy a Mary Poppins outfit I came across, it would of been fabulous doing school runs but couldn’t think of good enough explanation other than being cool batshit crazy lady 😂
