first time posting so apologies if in wrong place. i live on council property with shared garden next door.(my part is bigger and lady next door has little triangle part .i applied to council to install railings 103cmhigh).council came to check, then i received letter of comfirmation of planning petmission.had proffesional contractor in and all up now looking great.next door nw made official complaint and in my opinion ridiculous excuse( too near her window) (my fence is installed at back so she complaining cant see out too) railings aremt even as high as her window! plus it wrought iron... .also was all measured before erected( we each have a outside vent) n railing have been installed in middle of these.could i be asked to take/move railings even if been approved? and if so who pays? thanks
