No - not medicated. I was as a teenager but I've got many coping mechanisms and tactics in adult life. Part of me wonders what I might be like on medication but I would hate to have to go through the diagnosis process as an adult just to see.

Was it a hard process getting fitness to work (think that's the term?) with having mental health issues?

A lot of people think ADHD isnt real. I tend to be one of them. Have you also heard of DAMP?
