How did being a young mum affect your education nd employment prospects? What are the plus sides?

What do you consider to be a "young mum"

I would also consider myself a young mum - however I have been recently told that young mum is a term under 20 y/o - what do you think ? At what age do you stop becoming a "young mum" ?

But what is young???

In my opinion, there's a difference between being 'young' and being a 'young mum'. I think that a 'young mum' is a mum pregnant 21 and under, but obviously people over the age of 21 years old are young. This is just my opinion by the way.

Was your DC planned? Do you think all “Young Mums” are as such due to accidental pregnancies?

I was a young mum too, 18 when I was pregnant with my first. I had my 4th when I was 27.
