She’s absolutely spot on. I’m sure there’ll be a backlash but most people will completely agree.

The DM has many faults but it does seem to be the one MSM outlet that’s shining a light on the madness of gender ideology .

JULIE BINDEL: This gender ideology is a crime against a generation

JULIE BINDEL: Over the last generation, our society has thankfully moved away from compelling children to be 'proper' boys and girls. But now all that has changed in a very disturbing way.

It was only the DM that would print anything about the Rotherham child sex trafficking rings.

Julie researches child sex trafficking and has focussed on Blackpool a lot, which is well known for being a pedo haven.

She also knows which papers will print what she writes.

BBC actively promote this ideology. They push it at every opportunity but they always have sought to lower the defences of vulnerable children.

Sausagenbacon · 28/12/2023 08:00

Because the 'shitrag' DM has constantly shone a light on this.
Where have the ideologically pure Guardian and BBC been? Sticking their fingers in their ears, pretending nothing is happening.

I guess you have to question why the articles linked on this board are always to the DM shit rag

Why not play the ball not the man.
What do you think of the substance of the article?

WarriorN · 28/12/2023 08:00

All papers are linked here from all sources as it is good practise to read all sources and not exist in an echo chamber.

The guardian won't print anything that describes the abuse of woman and girls if it criticises the special caste of men who think they're women and women who think they're men for any reason.

I’ve met a few trans women through the work that I do and all were sexually abused and traumatised when they were young. I appreciate that I have only see a a snapshot but I agree with every word that Julie says here. Severe trauma can’t be cured by the illusion that you can change sex. It doesn’t help in the long run.

The statistics show that the town with the most young people referred for gender dysphoria is not trendy Islington or Brighton, but working-class Blackpool.

The seaside resort has a lot of social problems, including very high numbers of children in care, shocking teen suicide figures and a disproportionate amount of children who have social workers supposedly looking after their best interests.

I'm really glad she's written this as I was at a talk she gave where she mentioned the links between csa, social workers and trans identities, but I hadn't seen it in print. It may be but I wasn't aware.

Such an important and horrific observation

FrancescaContini · 28/12/2023 07:23

Not going to give the DM clicks but JB is always spot on.

Boiledbeetle · 28/12/2023 07:01

Whenever a new awful revelation of what is being done to children emerges you hope that this time people will see the madness of it all.

Well if people can't see that sending 3 and 4 year olds to a clinic because they don't like the toys or clothes a parent wants them to wear, or for some reason (hint from their parents) think they should be the other sex then the world has finally gone completely gaga and there is no hope for humanity.

FixItUpChappie · 28/12/2023 03:51

Completely agree. I listened to a wonderful podcast interview with her on The Quillette website - was so spot on. I'm in Canada though and I'm worried over here we will never break free of the choke hold the trans narrative has on the dialogue.

ClemenceD · 28/12/2023 02:59

I agree completely. It's hideous.
