Conservative MP arrested on suspicion of rape and possession of drugs

So many men who are very vocal about striping women of their rights appear to have massive issues with boundaries.

Apparently he has been suspended not resigned.

The MP for Reigate said he will “co-operate fully” with the ongoing investigation and is “confident” that he will not be charged.

He said he has been interviewed twice over the incident, the first time three weeks ago when he “initially reported my concern over extortion”.

He was incensed by Lisa Townsend standing for women's rights and demanded she repent.

Although this is obviously a very serious allegation.....this has just made me laugh out loud.

Tbh the use of psychedelics (which is being researched properly for treatment of depression and trauma) is a small redeeming aspect. But I don't think his contribution offers much else

Who knows whether this allegation is true. However we can unequivocally say he is a misogynist and all round horrible human being.

He is. Among other things he and his APPG produced a set of TRA guidance for parliament then was incensed that they didn't do what he wanted.

I googled Peter Bone MP when I saw this, as he’s been in the news for sexual misconduct lately, only to find that he is a conservative Mp in his 70s.

What has happened to all of the other investigations?

He defended Tory MP Imran Ahmad Khan not long ago, after he was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 15 year old boy.
