So have I read this right, Baker and Baker's brother got a mere 7 years for that horrendous attack?

Boys will be boys...

ArabeIIaScott · 31/08/2023 21:02

'The brothers were jailed for seven years by a judge who described the ordeal as 'an exercise in sadism and cruelty which may well have led to his death'.

Baker, now 53, ended up spending 30 years in jail after she was convicted of attempted murder for breaking into a prisoner's cell and trying to strangle him to death.'

Yep. The extra time inside was for attempted murder, whilst he was inside.

PorcelinaV · 31/08/2023 20:43

It sounds like this guy used the defence of, "I'm just an idiot", and then as soon as he was found not guilty contradicted that.

That victim, by the way, was 19. The ordeal has, understandably, marked him for life. Both physically and mentally.

Dear God.

The only consolation is people are really beginning to understand how Teflon trans-people can be.

This man will end up in prison, I guarantee it. He can't stop being violent.

The real perpetrators are the people who think 'he didn't mean it'.

Yep. Violent men are eternal. What we need is a society that maintains strong boundaries, rather than enabling them and vritually begging them to escalate.

''I was forcibly taken at knifepoint to a van and bundled into the back.
'I couldn't see what was going on as I was face down and there were no windows. I was beaten in the van. I think there were two of them doing it.'
Darren was taken to a squat in London. When the brothers appeared at Maidstone Crown Court in 1989 it emerged he had 39 identifiable injuries including some inflicted with a knife.
Darren told MailOnline: 'I had no idea where I was going. They took me to a flat and led me inside where I was beaten and tortured for 12 hours.
'They were punching me and burning me with cigarettes. They were stubbing them out on my neck and I still have the scars from that to this day.
'I was forced to perform oral sex on them at knifepoint.
'One of them said their dad wanted me dead and they were thinking of ways that they were going to kill me.
'They said they were going to get a gun and shoot me.
'They said they were going to give me a smiley face - where they slit the sides of your mouth. They said they were going to get a razor to scar my face.
'I was made to eat cigarette butts and curry powder.
'Towards the end I was tied up. They tied me to the back of one chair then put another chair opposite.
'My legs were stretched out and were tied to the back of it.
'One of them got up and stepped on my legs - he was trying to get my kneecaps to break.
'It was such a sustained attack I became numb to the pain.
'The last thing I remember was being tied up with electricity wire and dumped in an airing cupboard.
'They carried me in and just left me there. It was dark and silent. I couldn't hear anything.
'The wire was tied around my feet, my hands and my neck in such a way that if I moved it tightened around my neck.
'At first I tried to free myself but that's when I realised the wire around my neck was getting tighter and I feared I would strangle myself so I stopped.
'I was helpless and I blacked out.''

Can you imagine a woman at a Let Women Speak event saying ‘punch a trans person’? (No I can’t either as the events centre women and their voices).

it would never happen as violence seems to be the more ‘go to’ response from males and IF it ever did, that woman would have the book thrown at her (and rightly so).

All this talk about clamping down on VAWG is just complete hot air.

'After being asked by her defence Lucinda Nicholls what her view was of how the transgender community reacts to violence, she broke down in tears as she said: 'They're a gentle folk, they're a kind folk, they're a folk who a lot of the transgender community that I personally know have been rejected all their life by their family, by their friends.''

Trans activist who told crowd to 'punch a TERF' cleared

Man who was tortured by trans activist brands her 'dangerous'

Darren Sheridan (pictured), 52, spoke publicly for the first time of how he feared he would die after being held captive for 24 hours by Sarah Jane Baker and her brother.

Also disturbing that according to the report the Magistrate allowed MJB to give a "performance" from the dock and allowed his adoring fans to clap etc..

Hardly an exhibition of impartial justice in action.

Poor old Charlene Bronson

ArabeIIaScott · 31/08/2023 18:52

For a short time I felt sorry for him. Then I read the article about his victim.

ArabeIIaScott · 31/08/2023 18:51

This man has been institutionalised. He appears to have mental health issues/personality disorders. He has explicitly said he can't handle life outside prison and feels more comfortable inside.

He has a documented history of extreme violence. He openly threatens women.

ACatCalledPushka · 31/08/2023 18:51

So someone calls Patrick Harvie a ‘deviant’, a word he’s used to describe others on social media and that person is arrested and charged, yet it’s a-okay to incite people to punch someone who does not believe in gender ideology.

Wow - what a time to be alive 🤦‍♀️

IwantToRetire · 31/08/2023 18:45

He's still in prison for months though, at least until his next parole hearing. So that should give him pause for thought (hopefully).

Unfortunaely it also gives the TRAs months of social media campaigning of behalf of their martyr

Can you imagine if a woman got a megaphone and said 'punch a (redacted, rhymes with canny)', the speed the cops would run to arrest her?

They had to arrest him under protest for fucks sake.

Your feet wouldn't touch the floor.
