Sorry forgot to post on here first day back at work so was busy. Still no strikes and found that there have been some interesting discussions today.

Totally agree thebewilderness I would hope. They are just going to remove them or at the least have a stern word around the use of appropriate user names. There is not need for anyone to be that provocative it does not. Serve any purpose

Ah yes! Just received it now. In fairness it was pretty rude and crude on my part about a certain easily offended segment of our society. So I am not too bothered. It just felt good to say even though I got a strike for it!

it is also difficult as one does not know if a post is deletable, or not, one has to wait an indeterminate amount of time for someone to get the hump and report. you can not relax after , say 24 hours, and think what you have said is ok and thus repeat it elsewhere... then all of a sudden get several reports about the same thing you thought was ok.

Is it acceptable to @ a post on the thread you've started? There's a lot of really important comments and concerns there.

Im not sure whether the impact is fully appreciated.

I've been away (from the boards) for a few days but I'm back today - so I have no strikes. I see people have been deleted for innocuous posts and writing the truth however, makes me tentative about posting because I know I'm pretty annoyed about it all. Just catching up on threads.
