Stay safe OP. I'm sorry there was nothing else you could find. It's a tough world out there and highlights the differences between men and women so well. You aren't the first and you aren't the last to do this. I hope with time you might get your debts paid off and be able to reduce your need to do this. Between one third and half of women experience vaginal atrophy. By no means everybody. Besides there are organic gels you can buy to assist.

I think some women are fine at 50 to still keep keep having PIV sex, but if the age of the OP had been 55, that's a bit different. Many women have hit menopause by then, and Vaginal atrophy is much more common at 55 than at 50, when many women wouldn't have it. (Some would of course.)

So I’m an 8-10 dress size despite a little bit of flabby stomach skin :/.
