No emails for "I'm watching"

I have ticked the 'yes' box to get emails for new posts on my watched threads. I was getting emails but now I'm not. I've not changed any settings so why is this happening?

So that when you're watching a thread you get notified when someone posts on it. Saves you checking your watched list.

To set it up you have to do it on a PC or at least you did when I first set it up. But now it's not doing anything :(
