Essbee, I think you should try and push all the emotional stuff away and just try to concentrate on looking after yourself physically. Think of yourself as being as important to you as one of your children. Give yourself exercise, give yourself a good diet, give yourself adequate rest and relaxation - just as you would a child. Keep yourself in good shape physically even though you are bumping along the bottom at the moment. Then when the good stuff turns up, and it will, you will be ready to appreciate it. Yes, I know its easier said than done, but just try, with baby steps. Remember, you are impprtant to you.

i know you are feeling down and it seems an uphill battle, but at some point you ARE going to have to stop putting it off and taking control, or else you will keep putting it off again and again, and things will slip further out of control.

we all want you to get well but you have to want to do that and can only do it on your own, ulitmately.

ad's will help you to regain some energy to do that, but the problems will still remain,
and like it or not you have to carry on doing the things that sometimes seem hardest, such as washing, cooking dinner etc

i really wish i could wave a magic wand for you but i can't, you have to be brave enough to take the steps alone
