Feeling low

My husband told me that the kids have had enough of me. He said they hide from me because they've had enough of me. I don't want to be here anymore. I've had enough of feeling so low all the time. I'm a burden to everyone.

I've seen your previous threads about your grief for your Mum. And how you are getting no support from your H or your children.

Sorry you are feeling so low. That’s a horrible thing for your husband to say.
Do you have any friends or family nearby to talk to?
Can you ring the local mental health crisis line if you are feeling really desperate?
Hope you can find just one thing today to make you smile or give you hope. Small steps.
