Didn't want to wake up

Now I have, it's the immediate panic and dread. Paralysed to do anything. The absolute struggle of getting through another day. I cant do another 40 - 50 years, I just can't.

what’s the weather like where you are? Can you open a window and put your face in the sun (or wind?)

I haven't opened the curtains much but it looks sort of rainy and a bit sunny. I cant get up yet, I dont feel physically able to.

are you safe now? Can you message someone to be with you? Doesn’t need to be someone your close to, I am sure I am not alone in knowing if it saved someone I would rather then reached out even if we haven’t spoken for years!

I'm alone, I don't have anyone. I'll try and call the samaritans later but I dont know if I'll be able to, I really struggle to make phone calls.
