Pretty girl names ? Help

I like Isabelle (though it was heavily used for a while) and Madeleine.

If you both like Emma and you had wanted Madeleine, like other pps Emmeline seems a good choice. I much prefer it to Emma.

Really hard to understand your likes and dislikes. All just random names.
I can't see a common link between them. Isabelle is the only one I think of as pretty, but it's a bit too 'pretty' for my liking. I don't think Isabel or Isobel are 'pretty' but I'm not keen on them.

By old fashioned, do you mean names that were popular about 100 years ago (eg Mabel, Elsie) or names that were very popular a few years ago but aren't used much now (eg Samantha, Amy)?
Presumably by 'too unique', you mean something too unusual.

Hailey seems old fashioned to me because the name Hayley was popular when I was born.

Are you only looking at the names of young girls you know? You might find names you'd not previously considered if you consider ones that are from a wider range.
Dorothy, Jessica and Melissa are all lovely, but you could look at more offbeat names like Jacqueline, Erica or Margarita...
