What could Pie be a nn for?

That's it really, I really like pie but am stuck for a 'proper' name that could be shortened to this.

Piper is nice.

Pepper is ok but not sure it's a name (it is in 'Annie' I guess)

Pie is not okay - what if she's fat??

I knew a girl whose nn was pie years ago. Her name was Marie Confused. Turns out it was because she went through a phase of calling her DM "mumsy pie".

Hold on, wasn't Piella the evil murderess in A Matter of Loaf and Death? (Not recommending it though, she was a nasty piece of work and made of plasticine.)

"Pepper" or "Pepa" is short for "Giuseppa", a sort of Italian version of Josephine.
