Charlotte is an experienced Writer and Recruitment expert turned Fashion Editor based in Leeds. She took a leap of faith from her trusty, well-paid recruitment role for a large UK Bank, and followed her passion to work with a female-led fashion brand – a decision she has never looked back on!
Her writing career began as more of an outlet during 2020, and has led to much more exciting things over the past four years. After starting her own parenting blog during lockdown to help with her mental health, she now helps head the content team at ELR Style alongside founder and influencer, Emily Lucy Rajch, and has recently worked alongside Jet2 and written a double-page spread for their current in-flight magazine, JetAway! Writing a weekly blog for ELR, Charlotte focusses on helping her audience find their own style. Her personal passions deeply align with the brand, who strives to make women feel good in their clothes no matter the occasion - something Charlotte has found challenging since becoming a mum herself.
