Who said burgers have to be served in a roll? This recipe uses sweet brioche bagel rolls instead! A homemade beef burger covered in melted Monterey Jack cheese and topped with crispy bacon and crunchy salad, this is a tasty alternative to your standard BBQ burgers. The parsley seasoned fries make a delicious side dish too.

You could also serve up this tasty chicken and salsa burger. Also sandwiched between a brioche bagel, it comes with a dollop of yummy bacon mayonnaise.

Serve to guests alongside tortilla chips, a pot of soured cream, and any extra avocado salsa for a real treat.

Veggie Halloumi Burgers

This one isn't really a recipe, but instead a serving suggestion... Often known as ‘squeaky cheese’, halloumi can be quickly grilled up to offer as a great veggie option at a BBQ.

Slice it into strips and toast it on the BBQ until it’s golden brown on both sides and soft in the middle, then spread a generous layer of hummus on a seeded brioche burger bun and top with the halloumi and fresh salad.

Quick and easy yet so delicious even the meat eaters will be fighting for one of these!

Something special for the adults

With flavours inspired by the world, including Korea and the Middle East, these recipes can be enjoyed by the adults at a BBQ or any summer gathering.

Korean Hot Dogs

It wouldn't be a summer event if there wasn’t a sausage on the menu - but this isn’t your average hot dog recipe, though.

Soft Brioche Hot Dog Rolls are filled with panko-fried sausages and gochujang sauce for a delicious Korean inspired hot dog that will leave your taste buds tingling. However, a little heads up: you will need a deep fat fryer for this recipe. But we assure you, the extra steps are worth the end result.
