When it comes to feeding a crowd, we know it can be tricky to find a recipe that everyone will love, especially any fussy eaters. If you want to try something a little different but still keep the little ones happy, check out these recipes for child-friendly BBQ food.

Bacon Cheeseburger Bagel

Who said burgers have to be served in a roll? This recipe uses sweet brioche bagel rolls instead! A homemade beef burger covered in melted Monterey Jack cheese and topped with crispy bacon and crunchy salad, this is a tasty alternative to your standard BBQ burgers. The parsley seasoned fries make a delicious side dish too.

You could also serve up this tasty chicken and salsa burger. Also sandwiched between a brioche bagel, it comes with a dollop of yummy bacon mayonnaise.

Tex Mex Sausages

No BBQ is truly complete without a sausage option on the menu, and with this recipe, Tex Mex meets French bakery. Combining the strong flavours of the crunchy, Tex Mex vegetable slaw and chipolata sausage with the golden St Pierre Brioche Baguettes - this is one delicious, flavour-filled sandwich.

Serve to guests alongside tortilla chips, a pot of soured cream, and any extra avocado salsa for a real treat.

Veggie Halloumi Burgers

This one isn't really a recipe, but instead a serving suggestion... Often known as ‘squeaky cheese’, halloumi can be quickly grilled up to offer as a great veggie option at a BBQ.

Slice it into strips and toast it on the BBQ until it’s golden brown on both sides and soft in the middle, then spread a generous layer of hummus on a seeded brioche burger bun and top with the halloumi and fresh salad.

Quick and easy yet so delicious even the meat eaters will be fighting for one of these!

Spicy Prawn Po’ Boys with Sriracha Fries

Another recipe you don’t have to fire up the BBQ for, these spicy prawns will make a great lunch if you have guests coming over.

The cajun spiced breadcrumbs add a tasty crunch to the prawns which are served with salad and a dollop of fiery sriracha mayonnaise on soft, sweet Brioche Baguettes.

This recipe takes just 40 minutes, making it a simple yet delicious lunch option.
