Absolute Collagen's SCULPT PRO asks more of you than a standard collagen sachet: two drinks a day instead of one, and a routine that takes a bit of setting up. Tester Natalie was won over anyway, and readers can currently try it for £80 with our exclusive £20 off offer rather than the full £100.

Natalie tested SCULPT PRO after losing weight. She had started noticing some of the common side effects associated with weight loss, such as skin dryness and hair shedding, and wanted to see whether the product could help support these areas.

What surprised Natalie most was how easy SCULPT PRO was to remember. She usually forgets tablets, but she didn't miss a day. One drink alongside her morning coffee and another in the evening gave it a natural place in her routine. The marked shaker meant no measuring, and it could go straight in the dishwasher afterwards.

“I’ve never taken a drinkable supplement before, and I preferred it as I found it easier to make a habit and slot into my routine,” shared Natalie. “I drink water anyway, so it was just a case of adding the powder, whereas I find taking tablets much easier to forget.”

Before and after Natalie’s six weeks using SCULPT PRO

Natalie felt the dry, crepe-like skin on the backs of her hands looked better

After the first couple of weeks, Natalie felt her skin was more hydrated and plump. The dry, crepe-like skin on the backs of her hands looked better, too, and her hair appeared shinier and healthier. SCULPT PRO didn’t change everything, though. She noticed no difference to her sleep or energy levels, and the very sweet morning flavour took a few days to get used to.

The price is the main thing to weigh up, though Mumsnet users can reduce that with an exclusive offer of £20 off. If you only want marine collagen, there are much cheaper ways to buy it. SCULPT PRO makes more sense if you already take several supplements and want to roll them into one morning and evening routine. Check the amounts against anything else you take so you don’t double up. If you use medication or have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional first.

For Natalie, the visible results and sheer ease of the routine made the cost easier to swallow. She’d spend her own money on another supply, too: “Yes, definitely.”

Using Absolute Collagen SCULPT PRO over six weeks

Natalie used SCULPT PRO at home for six weeks, taking the morning and evening drinks every day as part of her usual routine.

She paid attention to changes in her skin, hair, sleep and energy levels, as well as the taste, preparation and packaging. This is her first-hand experience, rather than a rating of how the product will work for everyone.

The morning powder comes in individual sachets, while the evening powder is supplied in a resealable pouch.

Natalie kept an eye on her skin, hair, sleep and energy levels. She also checked whether the powder mixed properly, whether the packaging survived daily use, how easy the shaker was to clean and, crucially, whether she’d buy it again. Absolute Collagen recommend sticking to the routine for 12 weeks to see the full benefit, and Natalie is keen to keep taking them to see the impact it makes.

What is Absolute Collagen SCULPT PRO?

Absolute Collagen SCULPT PRO is a twice-daily powdered nutritional supplement, with different formulations for the morning and evening. Rather than offering collagen alone, the brand says its 30-ingredient formula combines the equivalent of 17 supplements in one routine.

Because certain active ingredients don't absorb or interact well when taken together - SCULPT PRO has been designed as a two part system. This also means that it can align your intake of these ingredients to what your body needs most, when it needs it.

The morning serving comes in 28 individual mango and peach-flavoured sachets. Each contains 8,000mg of hydrolysed marine collagen alongside ingredients including vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, electrolytes, B vitamins and green-tea-derived L-theanine. You mix one sachet with 300ml of cold water.

The cherry-flavoured evening powder comes in a resealable pouch with 28 servings. Its ingredients include inulin, creatine, BCAAs, magnesium, red clover extract, iron, vitamin D3 and live bacterial cultures. One level scoop is mixed with 200ml of water.

It's a food supplement, not a meal replacement. The 30-ingredient list doesn't mean everyone will get every advertised benefit, and it isn't a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Absolute Collagen says to check with your doctor before taking it if you use medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Is Absolute Collagen SCULPT PRO easy to use?

Despite having two parts, the routine is straightforward. The supplied yellow shaker has separate waterline markings for the morning and evening drinks, so there's no measuring jug to find and no mental arithmetic before breakfast.

"It was super simple. The bottle comes with waterline markings, so you know exactly how much water to add to the powder for the morning and evening doses. They're slightly different."

Natalie found the drink format much harder to forget than her usual tablets. "I'm terrible at remembering things, like taking my vitamins, so I was surprised at how easily this slotted into my daily routine. I didn't miss a day. I think it's because it comes in a drinkable form. When I made my morning coffee and water, I just replaced the water with this to kick-start the day."

The packaging clearly separates the morning and evening parts of the routine

To prepare the morning drink, add 300ml of cold water to the bottle and slowly pour in one sachet. The evening drink uses 200ml of water and one level scoop from the pouch. The brand recommends shaking the bottle thoroughly and drinking each serving within 15 minutes.

There is a small knack to avoiding sediment. "As with all powder-based drinks, it can settle. I shook the powder with the water in the bottle, let the froth settle and then drank it all straight away. When I didn't drink it immediately, a bit of powder settled at the bottom, so I gave it a little swish to make sure I didn't get a powdery last mouthful. That never happened to me when I did it this way."

Natalie liked the shaker. It didn't leak, fitted neatly in her cupboard and could go in the dishwasher ready for the next dose. None of this is thrilling, admittedly, but a bottle that leaks or needs hand-washing twice a day would soon become annoying.

What does Absolute Collagen SCULPT PRO taste like?

Taste was SCULPT PRO’s weakest area for Natalie. The morning drink is described as mango and peach, but she found it much sweeter and more confectionery-like than the name suggests.

"The taste took a little getting used to at first. The morning sachet was quite sweet for my palate, but after a few days I didn't notice it and started to look forward to it. It's mango and peach flavour, but I'd describe it as more like a candy flavour. It reminded me of rock from the seaside."

The marked shaker removes the need to measure out the water separately

The sweetness bothered Natalie less as the six weeks went on, and there was no unpleasant smell or lingering aftertaste. For a drink containing marine collagen, that's no small thing.

Natalie would tweak the flavour, but not if the alternative tasted fishy: "The taste definitely took some getting used to, but considering it's marine collagen, I'd much rather have a sweet taste than a fishy one."

Did Natalie notice any results?

Natalie didn't notice an immediate transformation, and the first week passed without much to report. After the first couple of weeks, however, she began to see changes in the areas she was watching most closely.

"There was no variance from day to day. It wasn't until after a week or two that I started to spot any changes."

Natalie saw the clearest change in her skin. Her face looked more glowing and hydrated, and the skin on her body, particularly her hands, looked better hydrated. She'd been especially conscious of the dry, crepe-like skin on the backs of her hands before using. "While taking SCULPT PRO, the skin on the backs of my hands looked less crepe-like."

Her hair looked shinier and healthier, too. One tester's results can't tell you how SCULPT PRO will work for you, but Natalie noticed enough of a difference to want to buy it again.

Not everything changed. "I didn't notice a difference to my sleep, but that's potentially because I've been taking magnesium daily for a long time. I didn't notice a difference to my energy levels either." SCULPT PRO contains ingredients the brand associates with several areas of wellbeing, but Natalie's experience wasn't a clean sweep.

How much does Absolute Collagen SCULPT PRO cost?

Natalie thought SCULPT PRO offered good value because she noticed changes fairly early and wouldn't need to repurchase some supplements she already took separately. It also solved her consistency problem. A cheaper supplement forgotten in a cupboard isn't much of a bargain.

"It was a quick and easy way to get a variety of supplements into my body, giving me peace of mind. I liked that it was morning and evening, as it felt like a really healthy way to punctuate the day."

Mumsnet users can currently get £20 off, bringing SCULPT PRO down to £80 for 28 days, that's roughly £2.86 a day. It's still a daily spend worth weighing up against what you'd otherwise buy separately, but it's a much easier sum at £80 than at full price.

Natalie found the drink format easier to remember than her usual tablets and didn’t miss a day

The packaging felt worth some of the price, too. "The packaging felt so premium. The SCULPT PRO sachets came in a nicely designed box, and the evening powder came in a nice pouch that resealed. Both were very easy to slot into my cupboard, so storing them didn't feel like a chore." The box stayed sturdy despite being opened every morning, and Natalie liked the yellow shaker enough to keep using it as an ordinary water bottle.

An all-in-one supplement saves you the most if you'd otherwise buy its components separately, so check the label against anything else you take before you order. For Natalie, the convenience and results tipped the balance, and the discount made the decision easier still.

Natalie’s experience after six weeks

After six weeks, Natalie had found a routine she could stick to. She didn’t miss a drink, despite usually forgetting tablets, and felt her skin looked more hydrated and her hair shinier. She also liked how easy the marked shaker was to use.

The morning drink was sweeter than she’d expected and the powder needed a good shake. She noticed no change in her sleep or energy levels. Despite that, Natalie liked it enough to buy SCULPT PRO again with her own money. With the exclusive Mumsnet offer bringing it down to £80, it's a lower bar to try for yourself.
