Brilliant speech and a demonstration that people have been misled as to the legal position of those without a GRC.

Very well laid out.

Problem is organisations daren't invoke the single sex exemptions for fear of being labelled transphobic.

So we are left unprotected. I'm so glad Jennifer is taking Labour to court over this.

Different legal experts will make different arguments. I have read both and agree with Julian, good idea for others to do the same.
