Could any one tell me about Gires

Hi at work we have all been sent a link to Gires - as a resource for staff - we are in the care sector, and the general approach is very much acceptance of the trans agenda as a human rights issue.

I would be grateful if anyone has information about this organisation.

I only know about the penguins (the ones that change sex).

As far as I know, they are part of the movement to replace the meaningful legal category of 'sex' with 'gender'.

Its what I kinda expected - it is so dissapointing/worrying that this material is accepted into an organisation with responsiblites for care of vulnerable adults and childern with out critical analysis of underlying agendas.

I keep hearing them in the same breath as Gendered Intelligence and Mermaids, which is a very bad thing. Think I've heard Posie Parker talking about them.

They are another transgender lobbying organisation that has got itself into the position of being the go to organisation for training / education etc.
