I don't know if anybody has linked to this article yet: The Disappearance of Desire.
I know nothing about the author or the magazine other than what wiki says and both author and magazine are quite conservative it seems. The article is worth reading I think, no matter where the author stands politically otherwise. It's a detailed look at the trans movement (from a US point of view) and the claims it makes wrt gender and sexuality and sexual orientation.
There is only a limited number of times one can access the article before a paywall comes up. I can't get back to it now from my home IP, so can't look at it more closely but I think it's worth a read.
