Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I'm 5 weeks pregnant and Make resin jewellery as a hobby and wondering if it's safe to continue to use while pregnant?
I've checked the data sheets for the epoxy resin products I use and there is no specific advice for pregnant women, just the general hazard statement to use in a well ventilated area and don't breathe the fumes. When I'm mixing the resin and sanding it down I always wear a dust mask, and if it is safe to continue using it I will invest in a higher level of protection, though the product data doesn't specify a level required.
can anyone else who works with resin advise? Struggling to find any clear answers on the internet.
