I just got my BFP on the 9th June, and I'm calculated due 18th Feb 2018. Anyone else with similar dates out there who'd like to share the ride?
Current symptoms are tender, larger boobs and mild, intermittent 'cramps" In my left abdomen (more like a poke than a cramp!).

Hi broody, so nice to hear from you! We really are close together. Huge congratulations. You must be so excited. I was just starting to think about IVF as I'm 40 and we'd been trying for exactly 6 months, which is when the advise seeking help.

I am excited but very nervous. Cant quite believe it yet, I get an early scan in a couple of weeks. That's really lucky, we've been trying for nearly 3 years.

I'll join you but tentively. I'm due 13th Feb - I can't believe I just typed that! I've had a series of MCs and I just cannot believe I might be pregnant again. This is the longest I've gone without bleeding, I'm allowing myself to be a tiny bit hopeful.

I don't feel sick yet, but I can't eat!

Congrats to you all so far!

I'm due baby number 2 on 17th February, here's hoping we all have stress-free pregnancies x

broody I'm so stoked for you, your little bean is so wanted

Foz golly, that's so cruel. It must be so hard to be hopeful and positive but trying to protect your heart against another disappointment.
Because of my age, it's 1 in 2 chance of success apparently, so I'm excited one minute, and really anxious the next. Some would say I shouldn't have tested so early but my Dr advised me that fertility specialists would need to know of there's a prob maintaining a pregnancy, or a prob with falling pregnant. I'd just hit the 6 month mark where we'd be going down that route.
Have you any symptoms? My fun ones are bloating, flatulence and diarrhoea!

If my dates are all right I think I should be due around 13th Feb too! I'm very excited but super anxious too. I've not had many symptoms for the minute apart light headed spells and a really sensitive sense of smell. I've got an early scan next week due to miscarrying last year so I've got everything crossed that all will be well xx

Me too, due 17th!

There is a thread in the ante-natal section for Feb 2018 babies, I can't do a link on my tablet, sorry

Hi everyone! I've just got my bfp this morning but I should be 5 weeks tomorrow and according to the NHS pregnancy calculator, I should be due on 22nd February.

Hiya! Can I join? I just got my bfp on Wednesday and am only 4 weeks along. NHS calculator says that I would be due on 24th Feb.

I'm 32, this is my second pregnancy (ds is now 22 months) and we'd been trying for about 5 months. I had quite bad anxiety during my first pregnancy as well as pretty severe sickness, spd and ds was born a month early. I'm hoping for an easier time, this time around! Already feeling queasy and planning an early viability scan to try to deal with the anxiety. Super excited though!

Can I join :)
We think I'm roughly 7 weeks. Although not entirely sure. Hoping to ring next week for my booking in appointment and get a date sorted shortly to see the MW.
We've worked it out roughly Feb 2018 - very excited as its our first baby.
Very sore boobs, lots of restless nights but I am sleeping a lot when I can. I seem to have developed sleep talking as well :) xx

My sense of smell is heightened too Saz, and I feel light headed today. Dish cloths and doggy blankets are really pongy!
Sorry to hear of your miscarriage. When is your scan? I'll keep everything cross and send good vibes xx

Hi isambardo, thank you for the info! I'll have a peek. I started this thread as I thought it would be nice to have a group all going through the stages at the same time.

Lovely dinosaur great to meet you. Welcome to the ride! How are you feeling?

I'd really like to plan an early viability scan Loralai, as I'm in the same boat with anxiety (mine is because I'm older and the odds are higher for issues/miscarriage). When are you having yours? I hope you han find things to keep your mind off the worry xx

First baby here too Bears! Are you finding it hard not to let the excitement run away with you? I've already told people I didn't want to. It's just burst out. I'm only 4w 7d oops

Yeah, we told our parents and then my bf couldn't hold it in and told his brother one night when he was at ours. The next day we arranged to tell my brother and sister as we didn't want to have one knowing and one not.
Been to Mothercare I don't know how many times 😊
We're really excited about it all. Just really want to have a meeting with the MW - really feel that for some reason I want someone just to say 'yeah your pregnant' - even though we've did countless tests!
Hope everyone is doing well. Xx

Sidles in
I've just found out last night that I'm pregnant. I feel really excited and nervous (due to previous miscarriage) at the same time.

I've only told my DH so far. I don't think that I've felt any symptoms yet, but felt very slightly queasy this morning. I'm wondering if that's psychosomatic.

Just looking for some advice. Iv just gone to the toilet and when I wiped it was normal mucus but had a tiny tinge of pink. I'm 4+2 not had any real pain apart from the normal period like cramps

Hi ladies,

I'm due 3rd Feb - it's our first 😀

We'd been trying for several years, had tests done with NHS and then recently decided to go private... I found out 5 days before the appointment I was pregnant.

Sounds silly as we've been trying but we're still in total shock. I think we'd just convinced ourselves it wasn't going to happen.

My symptoms so far have been sore boobs, acid reflux, period like cramps and pains. No morning sickness yet but my sense of smell has made me a bit ill a few times.

X

sadie Us too! We've been trying for almost 18 months and have an appointment at the end of July for the fertility clinic which I now have to cancel (yay!) I got to the point where I couldn't imagine ever seeing that BFP so it was a complete shock, I remember staggering out of the bathroom and bursting into tears. I don't think anything will feel quite like that again

I just found out I'm pregnant with #2 today, due 25th Feb. So excited (and a little scared as had mc in sept and have been trying every since...). Totally wasn't expecting to get a positive when I did a test earlier so a bit in shock! Eeeekkk!

Cakesandphotos I had exactly the same reaction. I was crying so much I couldn't get the words out. My hubby thought I'd hurt my hand because
I was clutching the pregnancy test in it 😂

mummygof it really could just be some spotting. I read it's normal. Anyone else? Call your Dr in the morning. Hope all is ok. Xxxx

I'm thinking that I might have an early viability scan at around 8 weeks. I think I had a scan earlier last time... around 6 weeks, maybe? But it was a bit early last time - there was a heartbeat but it was surprisingly early (I think) to get one that early. So I don't want to risk worrying myself and will leave it a bit longer this time. Thinking I'll probably go to the Fetal Medicine Centre in London - it's £100. Price of peace of mind!

MummyGofboys I don't think it's at all unusual to get a little bit of spotting in the early days. Think it's only a worry if it becomes proper period-like bleeding. But maybe make a doctor's appointment for reassurance?
