DS1 (2.10) spent several months calling me "Mimi" rather than "Mummy" - he got a lot of vowels wrong for some reason. I LOVED it, and am a bit sad to be boring old "Mummy" now.

He also had trouble with c for some reason - so "cot" was "tot", 'cup" was "pup" and "cream" was "meam" (also "ice-meam"), all of which I found adorable.

we still call escalators (sp?) alligators since DD1 coined the term as a toddler.

and was only a little while ago that all round things reverted to their proper names, rather than all being lumped as 'beebles' (DD1 misheard beach balls as beebles, but then figured all round items were 'beebles')

Oh loads!!! My dc grew up bilingual and both their Italian and English was incredibly funny.
Ds referred as himself as "you" instead of "i" or "me" for nearly a year

My DD (4) speaks both English and French fluently but always says avec instead of with when speaking English.
