Well done for sticking with us for four weeks! You are fat-adapted now and getting the full health benefits of this way of eating. Add your weight to the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness and let's see how everyone has done. Don't forget that it's typical for weight loss to pause at some point in weeks 3-5 but so long as you are following the rules you are still losing fat!

I know a few of you have been missing meals, whether by accident or design, so I'd like to start talking about intermittent fasting this week if anyone is interested? It's completely optional so don't feel that you should fast if you don't want to. I still think it's worth finding out more about intermittent fasting, how it works, when and why you might want to introduce it, and what it feels like to fast... spoiler alert it doesn't involve feeling hungry!

I'm interested in IF, so all info appreciated!

L: Cauliflower cheese
D: Roasted aubergine with mozzarella

3l water etc

Happy Monday everyone!

Thanks @StuntNun 1lb off for me this week- but I started a week early so it brings my total loss down to 11.2 lb which I’m over the moon with! Away for a few days over half term so I’d really like to have made it to a stone by then and I think that will motivate me to not ruin it all with a few days of crazy.
I’ve been most surprised about my limited appetite with this woe so definitely interested to read about intermittent fasting.
KOKO everyone!

Yay, 1 lb down Grin

Hope all you losers are happy with your weight.

Managed to put on 0.6lb here. Am a bit disappointed as I stuck to BCL but am trying to remember the 3rd week is tricky and remind myself I look slimmer. Which I think I do, I have the misfortune of carrying most my weight on my tummy so when I put on weight I look pregnant. I definitely don't look very pregnant at the moment 😁 Still hoping for a better week this week because I really want to be 9 something and it's so close!

Hello!
I'm still here, but I'm sulking this morning as I'm due my period any day now and have put on 3lbs in preparation.Hmm
I'm still following strict bootcamp, I've not had cheese the last week because it can slow me down, and I'm drinking at least 3 litres a day- if not 4, so I'm feeling hard done by.
Oh well. At least I know why its happened, so if I stick with it, I'll lose it all again by next week. Probably hopefully
I think, to be sure, I'll post my food here daily again.
So, today...
B: tea and low carb sausage
Bulletproof coffee (decaff)
D: low carb sausage, buttery spinach and swede mash (I'm using up the sausages)
T: broccoli and stilton soup with smoked salmon. (Which I also need to use up)

If I feel like having a snack I'll have pork scratchings and/or a stick of pepperoni.
And 3-4 litres of water.

Hope everyone is ok, and may your losses be more reliable than mine Grin KOKO!

I’ve put weight on! I’m up to 125.6 if someone could please kindly add to the spreadsheet? That’s an increase of 2.3lbs.

Ive been logging my weight everyday on an app and it’s literally been all over the place this week. I think my TOM is due shortly so I’m blaming that and the fact I STILL haven’t been to the loo!

Thanks stuntnun

Congrats to the losers, in and off the scales, plus everyone who is koko.

Another 2 off for me so 7 in total and another one interested in IF please.

Good luck for week 4 everyone!

Well the battery has gone in my scales! So I can't log weight until I get a new one (watch type battery Angry). When I weighed on Saturday I was 1lb down on last week so I'm happy with that.

Definitely some NSV this week too. Saw a photo of myself yesterday and my face is looking lots slimmer and MiL commented on me losing weight too so people are starting to notice. Had to pack away some maternity trousers that I've still been wearing (8 months pp) too as they're falling down.

Interested to hear about fasting - especially how to do it without feeling hungry!

Gah. Have hit the dreaded plateau.

Report
SayrraT · 03/02/2020 07:20

All of you that have gained/plateaued etc just KOKO, you'll get there.

Think of any NSV, sometimes they are better than the weight loss.

OH commented yesterday that my boobs look bigger, why, yes they do. Because my belly is smaller Grin

Nux · 03/02/2020 07:28

Does everyone promise it will work if I KOKO? I hit my lightest weight for 6 months, which is fab, but mostly just highlighted to me quite how fat I’d actually got Blush

It'll work, Nux. Keep going!

Happy Monday weigh in all

Another kg off for me, but far from a normal week

First half of last week I had a sickness bug and no way was enough of anything including water staying in, then when trying to get appetite back I did eat some plain crackers and just one - yes really - haribo (randomly - they were just there thanks for those as well as the bug kids, but really didn't enjoy and didn't want any more). I know I was feeling sick, but just didn't feel hungry at all or crave anything when my appetite was returning which is bizarre. Even the crackers were as I thought I needed to eat something light, but didn't enjoy.

Time to get back on the programme now though and eat and drink properly again!

Good luck losers and keep the faith to anyone stalling this week!

Bad luck Discontent!

Breakfast : nibbles of cheese
Lunch : some broccoli and cream soup I made last night out of some rather yellow broccoli lurking in the fridge. Looks a bit like dishwater but tastes OK.
Dinner : tricky as Mondays mean dashing about and maybe a gym. So may just be gouda coleslaw rolls and quorn out of the fridge.

Well done everyone! 4lbs off for me and I couldn’t be more pleased, that’s a stone in three weeks. Most of it off my boobs but hopefully the rest of me will follow after. Apols @shagmeriggins, I still can’t edit the spreadsheet, please could you help again?

Well, I’m a little pissed off. Every single day in the last week I’ve gained a tiny bit, and today I’m 2 pounds up on last Monday. Absolutely nothing different, haven’t started BC lite, eat very little dairy. Really cross as I hadn’t lost enough to justify a 3 week stall/gain. 😡

Report
Notwatchingtvtoday · 03/02/2020 08:27

I’m a 1 lb up, not sure why, but overal that’s still 6 lbs off, so I’m going to focus on that and KOKO and water.

Cooked a lovey crispy skinned, butter massaged into the skin chicken last night, it looked fab, asked dh to carve. Sat down at the table, just white chicken, all skin and lovely crispy bits had been given to the dog 🐕. To add insult to injury , d dog then sat by me on the sofa and farted away ...

B total Greek yogurt , coffee with tsp cream
L eggs
D left over chicken and bubble and squeak

Water

Oh @Notwatchingtvtoday LTB immediately! WinkGrinWink

1kg off for me to 78.5kg. Interestingly, the weight only started to shift when o started having proper meals with lots to eat but all on BC. Hmm... it's till she's to get into that mindset though. I'm tantalisingly close to my next mini goal - under 78kg, or pre DC2 weight never lost DC1 weight ahem.
