At a soft play, 90% sure there's aan taking photos of random children. Seem him sat on his phone with camera on. Told the managers don't seem to be doing much .
Not sure if he got a shot of my dd who ran infront of him. He's acting very shifty.
What do I do?

I would approach him...just say "Are you an official photographer?" see what he says.

If you don'r want to do that, ask management and insist he is removed.

He put his phone down when the manager walked behind him but when I walked behind him I could see he was sat there with his phone on camera.

I would suggest you call the police. And possibly your local MP. We can't possibly allow a man to be with his own child at a soft play place, taking photos. Honestly, OP, get a bloody grip.

His son was nowhere near him. He was in the soft play he's sat in the cafe with his phone on camera and now I've noticed it he looks at each child that goes past, not that that's that unusual but he seems odd

Are you sure he's taking photos of random children and not of his son? He might not be taking photos at all. He could be playing a game. It often looks like I'm taking photos when playing a particular game on my phone.

I didn't ask for personal attacks.
I'm sat with my dd, she's eating lunch.
I'll leave it but the managers made it clear they thought he was odd and another lady mentioned it to them. It's not just me
