I’ve got endometriosis I’m in so much pain I’m about to have a bath and hope my morphine kicks in so I can get some sleep before work tomorrow

Sorry to hear you're struggling Flowers I'm covered in burning hives and my joints are aching as a result of my HUV. Off to bed to see what tomorrow brings as clothes are annoying me now!

cricketmum84 · 06/07/2021 21:52

Motor neuropathy. My legs have been incredibly weak today and I've struggled to get around with my walking frame. Didn't even attempt to make food and just ordered chicken strips from Mac Donald's. It feels like someone with screws for fingernails is giving me Chinese burns on my ankles and feet.

I've had a big glass of wine, codeine, amitryptaline and CBD oil in the hope that I might get some sleep tonight!

I really hope you feel better tomorrow OP Thanks

afrikat · 06/07/2021 21:55

ME and chronic migraines, definitely having a bad day here 😒

omgwhy · 06/07/2021 21:57

Oh I literally feel your pain, the endometriosis, the morphine sickness. Hope you manage to get some sleep and the flare doesn't last too long. It's when the bladder joins the party that's the worse.

I hope you've got a good medical team around you and some plans in place to manage or remove the pain.

stealingbeauty · 06/07/2021 21:58

Oh I’m sorry. I hope you feel better soon.
I’ve had a really bad day with my energy levels today. I haven’t felt this bad for a while. I had to spend most of the day in bed, just completely exhausted. I don’t know what triggered it.
I hope tomorrow will be a better day for all of us.

OurChristmasMiracle · 06/07/2021 22:02

@Saladcrab I also suffer with endometriosis. It sucks. My tens machine helps with the pain and I have invested in a bath pillow because literally sometimes the only place I can get any kind of relief is in a hot bath and that’s where I will sleep. I’ve also bought a heated pad that helps a bit but not much

I’m waiting on a second lap and I am praying this eases it again for a while because I can’t live off Tramadol and dihydrocodeine and diazepam just to manage the pain when it’s at its worst.

I hope you manage to get some rest and hopefully this flare up won’t last too long. Flowers

Heart condition, perimenopausal, exhausted and a headache right now, feel like life is like wading uphill through treacle.

Sending you lots of sympathy @Saladcrab and hope things improve for you slightly. I have ME and have felt nauseous and dizzy most of today although it definitely hasn't been anywhere near one of my worst days.

TheTempest · 06/07/2021 22:45

Fibromyalgia Sad it's shit having a chronic condition that almost nobody believes actually exists. I have endometriosis too but I won't ask my gp for help as he thinks I'm a fat drug addict, I'm prescribed 3 tramadol and 3 cocodamol a day Angry I hope you have a peaceful and low pain night Brew

Saladcrab · 06/07/2021 23:22

Sending you all lots of hugs

OP posts:
Gilead · 06/07/2021 23:30

💐for everyone, it’s shit isn’t it. I have EDS and arthritis. Barely been able to walk today and the pain has had me in tears. Oramorph and Tramadol not touching it!

Saladcrab · 07/07/2021 00:43

Currently binge eating salted peanuts and chocolate in bed 😅

OP posts:
Willowkins · 07/07/2021 00:55

Diabetes and hypothyroidism. I managed to fall over, cut my leg, bash my knee and hit my head (twice) today. I already take so many tablets so it really helps that Boots do a soluble Cocodamol.

Saladcrab · 07/07/2021 10:19
