They really weren’t in the first half. We outplayed them. Second half, yes I agree, argies were good.

I don't care who wins now, but I'm glad that despite the FIFA corruption, on the whole for the viewers, it's been a really good tournament.

I know that we feed our own algorithms, but my Insta is full of Americans who previously had never watched 'soccer', now raving about it!

We always seem to expect great things of the England team and then get disappointed when they don't deliver... I get it, they are highly paid/ high level club players, but I do think that we build them up to knock them down. And for me, this particular generation of England players are so much better in terms of attitude and behaviour than the ones that have preceded them (the ones that are are commentating on them now 😏). They, along with Cape Verde, Norway etc have done a great job in just showcasing football in a really good way. Nice job 👏🏻 Next time.
