Really don't want this going to penalties. Sorry I can't remember, is it sudden death in extra time?

England are playing as though they are 10-0 up. Lazy, slow, walking, behind the play.

They need to shape up, move their arses, play into space, run, work for each other and stop trying to walk it in. Are none of them capable of one touch play, or using two feet for more than dribbling? Take it to the corner and get it in the box.
