Oh yes, I have downloaded most of mumsnet and we will be doing embeddings of the content to try to understand how does the rot and hate builds and spreads.

I find the traditional recipe for bounty bars (desiccated coconut, condensed milk and icing sugar) far, far too sweet so I do one which is 100g of desiccated coconut, the cream off the top of a tin of coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil with sugar to taste, mixed, rolled and set and then dipped in melted dark chocolate.

I hate tempering. I consider some sort of cosmic revenge for my sins in a previous life.

Lucky me, (not uk) there is a local drugstore who make a knock-off dark chocolate bounty so i can still enjoy them. I always buy a bag of what my DCs call "rabbit poo" (chocolate raisins) for the drive to England.

Raisins are disgusting and cannot be classed as food.

When I was growing up in Lancashire many years ago, the dried fruit in Eccles cakes was always currants. Nowadays I gather other fruits can be added. Is nothing sacred? 😉😁

I'm feeling I missed out. My childhood was obviously severely lacking in chocolate variety.
