I feel I personally didn’t give this the attention it deserved yesterday due to the Peggie proceedings.

This was still going on after JS died.

It should NOT have to be a civil case.

How's that going to work? How many police forces have 'investigated' the unlawful killings at Gosport War Memorial Hospital? Nobody has been held to account, nobody ever will. The main alleged culprit, who had her name and face plastered across every front page of every newspaper in the summer of 2018 I think it was, was let off on the grounds she didn't have any previous!

The State doesn't investigate the State, the State investigates those who investigate the State.

I am not sure it would be possible to find a non- corrupt police force to investigate another police force.

I have been certain since the early 1980s that South Yorkshire Police is rotten. The first reason for this belief is that during the days of the Yorkshire Ripper, the police used to offer girls lifts if they saw us late at night walking home. A friend accepted one and the police officer thought that showing her his genitals was a good idea. We were 16. The second is that a retired senior officer connected to my family took his own life in the early 1990s. It is now clear that he was a key player in the Hillsborough cover-up.
