It's International Non-Binary Awareness Day today!

I logged on to work this morning to find our corporate Intranet has announced that we are celebrating International Non-Binary People's Day today. Apparently today falls exactly half way between International Women's Day and International Men's Day (whatever that is). There's a load of shit about what it means to be non Binary and some links to useful sites to learn more - including to Stonewall.

Give me strength. Why does senior management promote this bullshit?

Yes, I think the fact that there is such a deliberate binary, whereby yesterday and tomorrow were/are NOT non-binary awareness day and today IS non-binary awareness day, are just such a blatant betrayal of everything that this concern allegedly stands for.
