Every human is created from one male cell and one female cell. Males can not produce the female cell and reproduce with a male cell. Ditto for females. Two males can’t reproduce, two females can’t reproduce. Why is this so difficult to understand?

Not everyone is fertile but that doesn’t mean a woman unable to get pregnant is the same as a trans woman/biological man as a man can’t get pregnant either.

Most thinking-people see plainly and clearly that people can’t change sex. How this absolute batshittery has gained enough traction to change society, laws and put women out of jobs is frightening and baffling.

Good article. And yes of course the truth is transphobic. Transition is reality phobic; the only way to sustain it is to keep all reality banned, shunned and punished. This is what 'you're denying my right to exist' actually means. Bringing reality back.

Mental health used to be defined as the capacity to cope with reality as it is.

It is good to see the more and more overt sexism getting increasingly pointed out to Joe Public. Why should a small group of men always come before the interests and consideration for all women? What does this say about the binary sex based way that this is (really, transphobically) seen by everyone, including the GI lobby? And what does it say about the value allocated to women, compared to the value allocated to men? Even one man balanced against hundreds of women?

Does anyone know if TiM can be placed in the women's prison following the SC?

I realise the law has merely been clarified not changed, so they shouldn't have been there in the first place. Is it a case of Single Sex Spaces not applying to prisons or is that the the law?

I'm not sure of the legalities of it all. But honestly, I really cannot understand the absolute capitulation of the captured to this ideology. Are they mad, bad or stupid, or just afraid NOT to toe the party line.

I hope the fund set up by JKR helps all women, including those in prisons and RCCs. I'm sure it will.

I have the obscure title of being blocked within one hour by the all knowing Jolyon within minutes of my first foray into Bluesky and Twitter. I take that as he doesn’t want to hear alternate points of view because mine weren’t his and he prefers an echo chamber. I spent the last hour reading roz’s tribunal judgement. I am so heartily sick of this, and the fact a man, committed to mansplaining, cannot tolerate one short paragraph (it’s limited on x and bluesky) and allow debate, it just speaks volumes. What a prince of a penis haver he is.

I didn’t even go into biology. I just expressed JK wasn’t a bigot because she stood up for women, and I said his outrage at police changing guidance to searching on the basis of sex was wrong because he though it was a mandate for sexual abuse and I was like ok what about the 51% of the population that didn’t have a choice before now. Blocked. Absolutely amazing this man has a platform of any kind.

He really is precious, it’s comical what he blocked me for five years ago.

I really just engaged on the basis of fact, truth, and challenge to these inflammatory declarations being untrue, by the time I defended JK, defended the right of women not to be searched by men, and established I believed women were women and men were men, bosh, blocked, intelligent debate ended. He can’t listen to logic or reason because he’s ‘transed’ two of his daughters, and according to the eldest, bought her the appropriate drugs on the internet when she was 13. He’s not going to stand up and say it’s all a social contagion and no one is born in the wrong body is he? Not after he’s participated in this horrendous, ghoulish ideology with two of his children, because what would that make him?

I think JM and his wife spend an awful lot of time blocking out reality, otherwise they’d have to face their complete and abject dereliction of care towards their children.

It's a silly thing to do if it's his only account, because JM cuts himself off from understanding more about where on the spectrum of opinion he really is on each platform, which imo is useful knowledge. Perhaps he keeps non-campaigning private accounts to keep tabs on what other views are being expressed. But maybe not, because he seems genuinely shocked when policy or legal decisions differ from his preferred outcome. I do know that neither twitter nor blue-sky nor anything else is real life - especially not now - but they are something.

That this woman potentially lost two years of freedom because she refused to comply with the philosophical belief of others needs to be repeated over and over and over.

Every fucking time someone posts that there is no fucking harm in using someone’s demanded pronouns, this case needs to be posted. Respect? Like fuck it is respectful to demand another person complies with your version of reality.

The damage that has been allowed in the name of ‘respect’, ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion’ is immense. But this is what happens when a group of people changes established language to mean the opposite. This is the harm that it introduces and perpetuates.

Sadly she thinks they’re being supportive. She should be able to rely on her parents to guide her and look after her best interests, instead she’s unfortunately got two delusional parents who have put her and her sister on a doomed pathway to a life of misery and suffering, and probably horrendous medical complications, it’s absolutely bloody tragic. I fear for their third daughter too.
