To a point you're right but much as I hate to NAMALT I think it goes to show the main driver of the TRAs in particular. And why there is actually even more reason to want to exclude these men than any others from a wide range of spaces.

I want single sex spaces (and now have a right to it in many circs in law) but I'd rather use a truly, honestly mixed sex toilet (and have the option of making a choice about that) than a 'woman's' where I'm being deceived into encountering the type of man who thinks a topless or piss protest is reasonable.
