What is the biological characteristic shared by all women that differentiates them from men?

OP posts:

I'll just point out again that a wyvern is a heraldic snake. Draw your own conclusions as the OP blunders around in their size 57 shoes.

VaddaABeetch · 10/03/2025 12:41

Head tilts, madams apples, curls, makeup, frills, skirts that go swirly, high heels.

Greyskybluesky · 10/03/2025 12:45

@ThisPinkWyvern you tell us and then we'll decide if we agree?

Come on, I'm dying to know.

You forgot girly pillow fights in pyjamas with cockettish head tilts.
And the inconvenient odour of neo-vaginas made from colon tissue.

women have a cervix

Although david lammy believes that men can have one after certain treatment. He didnt specify where they kept it. Probably in a kitchen drawer.

Greyskybluesky · 10/03/2025 12:50

Found mine in the shed while I was looking for something else.

Tsk, isn't it always the way?

The same David Lammy who can’t tell the difference between a woman & a dinosaur.

As did India Willoughby….i believe India keeps India’s in a drawer by the door.

I wonder could you have a number of cervixs? You know like a sparkly going out one of a sporty striped one?

sadly I no longer have any cervix. Does this mean I’m a man now?

lechiffre55 · 10/03/2025 12:52

OP do you believe humans as a species have two arms and two legs?
Do you think this definition doesn't apply if a human is unfortunate enough, for whatever reason, to be missing a limb?

Who is it for?" 🎼

Plus the AGP smirk.

ETA - how could I forget the trans euphoria boner.

What defines a man?

BreatheAndFocus · 10/03/2025 13:00

Being female.

Or were you hoping we were going to name individual body parts so you could say, “Ooh, but what about women who’ve had a hysterectomy blah blah blah?”

Everyone knows what a woman is - including you.

illinivich · 10/03/2025 13:00

If india Willoughby had a cervix, he'd be waving it around on every reality tv show that would have him.

Be grateful Lammy and Willoughby are lying.

TheywontletmehavethenameIwant · 10/03/2025 13:08

Why do you ask? Don't they have books in cloud cuckoo land!

Helleofabore · 10/03/2025 13:11

A woman is a mature female human.

What 'defines' a female human is a person having a body that has been formed around the production of large gametes, regardless of whether they have, are or ever will produce those large gametes. With modern testing ability, we can determine this. No human has produced both small and large gametes.

Ask your mum.

EuclidianGeometryFan · 10/03/2025 13:22

I immediately thought of Sophia Loren - surely what defines a woman is the perfume she wears?
Note - a real woman only ever wears one perfume, the same perfume for life.

What is the biological characteristic shared by all women that differentiates them from men?

It is really worrying that anyone has to actually ask this question. Even acknowledging that the average reading age in England is 10 and half the population are below average intelligence, surely the vast majority of people could answer this and wouldn't have to ask the grown ups on mumsnet.

Datun · 10/03/2025 13:22

Oh, come on, OP, everyone knows this.

Women are the ones who are fucked over by trans ideology.

Your other thread has over 800 replies, most of which are excellent, did you find it helpful?

I thought I recognised the name. The dump and run OP making accusations about gender critical feminists harming women. Well... that not quite all, because they called it a 'gender critical movement' and therefore force teamed groups who actually enforce gender while still working to reprioritise the sex based needs of female people.

And delivered this confused gem:

"The almost universal criteria used historically to identify the biological sex of an individual at birth is the presence or lack of a penis. Presence of penis = boy, lack of penis =girl. The designation of the sex of an individual on their birth certificate reflects the categorisation of the individual's sex according to this criteria."

"If the biological sex of an individual cannot be changed then the results of using the same test to determine the sex of the individual at birth would remain unchanged no matter at what point the criteria was applied during an individual's life. If the same criteria is applied to a post op transgender woman her lack of a penis would mean that her biological sex would be determined to be female not male. Since the Gender Critical Movement's ideology declares that sex is binary - there is no spectrum- an individual without a penis and outer female genitals is by default designated female. A post op transgender woman is categorised as female therefore using the same criteria that categorised her as male at birth."

Err... I think that with current medical technology, "The almost universal criteria used historically to identify the biological sex of an individual at birth is the presence or lack of a penis" is really very misinformed thinking.

EuclidianGeometryFan · 10/03/2025 13:24

This is not the same question as "What defines the meaning of the word woman?"
What defines a woman is of course different for each woman. I suspect I am defined by pedantry and a love of gardening.

Clownfish
Coral
Fungi
Mushroom
Intersex
DSD
Women are people too.

Being girls who survived into adulthood

I'm not quite sure what meaning to infer from your list, but I hope you are not putting people with DSDs in the same category as sodding clownfish and mushrooms.

It's the usual hopelessly male centred bollocks. They really can't help themselves.
