Did the complainant identify as a preschooler? ... scrap that, a preschooler with a compliant dachshund and a dressing up box would be laughing her socks off

I've been worried for sometime that my dog identifies as a builder. This manifests itself as a desire to sit in the van whilst I go for materials and demand bacon sandwiches.
She does nothing else, construction wise, but is adamant she passes.

How much time and resources are being taken up with these hurt feelings.

It's 2024 and why am I still amazed that "really aggressive tone" are part of the evidence.

I'm busy raising my daughter's to drop the whole apologetic approach we used decades ago to protect fragile male egos and yet in court 'tone' is used for the women. Was the dog owner's 'tone' mentioned? Was it sarcastic, confident, pushy, demure?

This tickled me too - after all I thought one of the central tenets was that identity was within the individual’s control and not externally imposed? Given dogs cannot communicate, how could the owner ‘know’ how the dog choses to identify?

I think this guy is actually doing his cause alot of bad press.

I mean the dog obviously isn't GG, it has absolutely no concept of that so anybody with even one -rainbow coloured braincell should be able to see this this is forced upon the dog. And it just mirrors what happens to children in this environment too!!
